Passionate about technology and its power to build disruptive solutions, Rajesh has over two decades of global leadership experience in the technology industry building innovative digital transformation solutions for Fortune 500 companies and startups across the globe. Before starting Digital Sherpa, he worked with Cognizant for over 16 years, followed by a short (3 ½ years) stint with Atos, with responsibilities for global P&L ($ 1B+) of service lines like BPM (Business Process Management) and Digital.

In addition to running DigitalSherpa, Rajesh also sits on the board of few other businesses, including some startups. He is an active member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), loves to mentor start-ups and nurture young talent.

Rajesh is a B.Tech. from IIT, Kanpur and has completed an MDP (Management Development Program) from IIM, Ahmedabad.

Trevor is an experienced business leader, passionate about the practical application of sound people-centric business processes and technology to enable digital transformation and generate growth for organisations.

Before joining the Digital Sherpas, he worked for Cognizant for over 17 years as a Practice Leader helping their customers achieve their business goals through the use of Enterprise Platforms. Prior to this Trevor worked predominantly in the Consumer Goods Sector for Unilever, Diageo, a Joint venture owned by BAT and his own consulting organisation.

Throughout his career, he has always been focused on the practical use of technology to improve the lives of customers, employees, residents, citizens etc. as this is they key driver for the growth of all organisations.

Cliff has worked in senior technology roles for the past 35+ years at some well renowned companies across:

• Banking (RBS, NatWest, Coutts, ABN Amro, Hampshire Trust Bank)
• Insurance (Direct Line, Churchill, Coverly)
• Pensions (Smart, The People’s Pension)
• Engineering (British Aerospace)
• He has delivered some major system integrations and digital transformations in business processing throughout his career. He continues developing technology strategies, roadmaps, operating models, and architectures to help clients achieve their goals. Outside work, he is a Board Trustee for an Almshouse Charity that provides affordable housing accommodation for people in need.He operates from the UK and is Digital Sherpa’s Regional Leader as we expand into the UK and Europe.

Velraj has 25 years of experience in building IT products and solutions for global customers across the industry. Velraj started his career with IT Giant TCS and implemented IT solutions for major insurance customers in India, USA, and Europe for 12 years, continued his journey with another IT Giant Cognizant, and was involved in BPM Product implementations for Insurance, Telecom, Manufacturing & Logistics, Hi-Tech, Information Media & Entertainment, and Life science customers in the international market. Prior to joining Digital Sherpa as Head of Product and Solutions, Velraj headed the Product Implementation & Customer Service business unit for Light & Wonder India in System Implementation, and Product Management for Gaming System BU and was instrumental in bringing operational efficiency through Automation.
Based out of Chennai, Velraj has a B.E. from the Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli, and an M.E. from the College of Engineering, Guindy Chennai.

Anish has over  two decades of experience in architecting enterprise solutions, driving new technology initiatives and building innovative solutions powered by latest technology for Fortune 500 companies and startups across the globe. He has worked as Technology Lead and  Solution architect at Computer Associates(5+ years) and Cognizant (11+ years) and as Chief Solution architect for several marquee customers in US and Europe. At DigitalSherpa, he drives technology innovation for customers and mentors talent on latest Artificilal Intelligence technologies.

Anish has done his honors in Physics from Calcutta University followed by post graduate diploma in Computer Application from RCC.
